Administrator privileges neccessary else System gives error no 5 i.e. Access denied. And if we can do this command then why its need as we ae already in Administrator privilege mode. It's not of any work and no such trick which hacks computer. This is not called hacking. Also Ctrl+R is not a command to open Run Window, It's WinKey+R. Got it.
